A Children’s World of Play

International House enriches our community by making people aware of the beauty and richness of other cultures. In 2009, we introduced “A Children’s World of Play” to help kids learn about the games, music and traditions in other countries.  Over 1,000 children and their families participated in this fun, educational day.  They played Spanish BINGO, witnessed traditional Hebrew dances, followed a dancing Chinese dragon, read books about faraway places and learned that play transcends all countries and cultures.
